Reg Aplin 

Reg Aplin is a graduate of Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Building Construction.  Reg grew up in the construction business with his dad building homes throughout southern Brazoria County. Prior to starting Benchmark Builders in 1989 Reg worked in Houston in commercial and residential construction. 

Since 1989 Reg has built hundreds of custom homes throughout Brazoria, Wharton and Harris Counties.  He has developed several residential neighborhoods including his most recent developments of Northwood Estates and Red Oak Court in Lake Jackson, TX.   

In 2005 Reg entered the Houston custom home market with an original five luxury homes in Bellaire, TX.  He continues to expand his Houston base as he builds in the Bellaire, West University and Afton Oaks areas.   

Reg is a member of several home builder organizations including NAHB, GHBA, Texas Association of Builders and is involved in civic organizations. He is a scratch golfer, avid outdoorsman and lives with his wife and children in Lake Jackson.
